Bergen Group`s concentration on high technology covers a segment where high-technology
products,
systems and competence are developed and subsequently improved. Bergen Group
wishes to create
technology that is innovative, stimulating and attractive to our customers and
partners.
Bergen Group Technology Division is building competence which creates new
attractive technological solutions for the group. The business field will take
care of the group`s common demand for competence development in order
to be a supplier of technology in the onshore, offshore and shipping industry.
Bergen Group’s Technology Division will produce solutions that can be further
developed into specific contracts in the rest of the group`s business areas.
Acquisition of a number of specialised technology companies which will help
this competence development, in addition to serving their own customers, is a
deliberate means in realising our objective. |
